Description: Silk screen polyethylene inks or SCPE series are solvent based inks specially designed for silkscreen method. Ity exhibits an excellent curing and adhesion on treated HDPE. Heating process is recommended on printed surface for better gloss and adhesion, resistance to chemicals, acids, alkalis and solvents. SCPE inks is a two-pack system (ink and catalyst) for printing on high density polyethylene plastic and rigid PP, a ratio of 4/1 ink and catalyst will dry to hard film with a very strong adhesion on P surface, provided that the PE is fire treated (or flame treated) before printing. This type of silkscreen inks are also recommended to hard-to-print surfaces such as glasses, ceramics, Formica, metal and wood etc.

Application: For printing by silkscreen process on treated polyethylene, treated PET, HDPE and LDPE, treated rigid PP substrates and annealed glasses, ceramics, Formica, Metal and wood substrates.

SCTS inks are ready to use without adding more solvent/reducer.

Application: For printing by silkscreen process on textile fabrics, mainly cotton & Polyster like uniform cloths, lab coats and other textile fabric materials.

Description: Silkscreen Metal Inks or SCM Series are solvent based inks specially formulated for silkscreen printing method on metal surfaces (Plain metal or with base-coatings). It exhibits good glossy and excellent adhesion, it could be air-dried or accelerated drying by heating process (oven). Al Sama silk screen metal ink is suitable for printing metal like aluminum or steel. Without passing any heater, the printed surface wll dry to touch in 15-30 minutes, but adhesion and scratch test must be done only after 12-24 hours. When heater or oven is available our SCM dries at 80-90 degree celcius for 5-10 minutes. It has an excellent adhesion, gloss and scratch resistance. Recommended screen mesh 120T.

Application: For printing by silkscreen process on metal substrates with or without base coat.
