Introduction: Al Sama solvent based surface inks for flexo printing industry. All these inks are to be used for corona treated polyethylene and polypropylene films giving maximum gloss, excellent adhesion, and good scuff and rub resistance and freeze thaw stability.

Description: The FXN series is a solvent based inks specially formulated for flexographic printing method. It is very good surface printing on polyethylene films. They exhibit excellent print quality and adhesion.

Application: Flexographic printing process on corona treated polyethylene films and propylene films, washed aluminium (polyester chemical treated). Not recommended for PVC coated substrates.

Description: Sama Flexo Inks (HR) or FLS series are solvent based inks formulated for flexographic and rotogravure printing method. It is good and excellent for surface printing, with its wide range of uses, these inks are high heat resistant suitable for ink-in-seal applications; typically recommended for coextruded PP films, use for packaging.

Application: Flexographic printing process on corona treated polyethylene films and propylene films, washed aluminum (polyester chemical treated) and treated PE coated boards or poly corona treated for paper cups. Not recommended for PVC coated substrates, samaflex inks offer high degree of heat and jaw cutting resistance of printed films when used for fast running form, fill and seal packaging.

Description: Nitro Flexo Inks or FNS series are solvent based inks specially formulated for flexographic printing method where high heat resistant is required on prints. It is good and excellent for surface printing for paper cups. With its wide range of use, it can used for rotogravure printing method and recommended printing on treated PE coated boards for cups like Pepsi, Coke etc…

Application: Flexographic printing process on corona treated polyethylene films and propylene films, washed aluminum (polyester chemical treated), coated paper and it is not recommended for PVC coated substrates. Nitroflex inks offer high degree of heat and jaw cutting resistance of printed films when used for fast running form, fill and seal packaging.

Description: FXL series is solvent based inks specially formulated for Flexographic printing method with high light fastness and heat resistant characteristics. It is very good for surface printing. With its wide range of usage and it can be apply for rotogravure printing method.  Inks are suitable for HDPE substrates, OPP films etc.

Description: Sama Tinting Color Inks or FXT series are solvent based highly concentrated inks specially formulated for coloring variety of paper substrates like NCR papers, un-coated papers.

Application: FXT series is high concentrated colorants used for tinting variety of paper substrates on various types of in-line coaters and flexo machines.

Description: Flexo Laminating Inks or FLL series are solvent based inks specially formulated for flexographic printing method. It is good and excellent for reverse printing and lamination on flexographic and rotogravure machines. With its wide range of use and it can be apply for rotogravure printing method. These inks are low odor and fast solvent release type particularly suited to the packaging of food products like snacks foods, biscuits confectionery etc…

Description: Rotogravure Inks or RGS series are solvent based inks specially formulated for rotogravure printing method. It is very good for surface printing on co-extruded polypropylene films, metalized films/foils etc., it exhibits very fast solvent release, drying and very high heat resistance, used for food packaging. With its wide range of usage for flexo printing method.

Application: Rotogravure printing process on corona treated polypropylene films and polyethylene films, washed aluminum (polyester chemical treated). Not recommended for PVC coated substrates.

Description: Rotoflex Process colors or RFS Series are multipurpose solvent based inks specially designed and formulated for Rotogravure printing and Flexographic printing method. These inks can be used for reverse printings, lamination jobs and surface printings on treated OPP films, polyester films etc…

Application: RFS inks gives excellent adhesion on corona treated polyethylene films (low or high density) and propylene films, washed aluminum (polyester chemical treated) and coated papers. Not recommended for PVC coated substrates. The low odor and solvent retention characteristic make it particular suited to the packaging of food products. For surface printing, add 3 to 5% RFSA 7726 SamaRoto additives for better printing result and adhesion.

Description: Sama Roto Overprint Varnish or RGVC are solvent based overprint varnish specially formulated for rotogravure printing method. It exhibits high gloss properties and good and excellent stability at press.
